After we kayaked and packed up our camp we then drove out to Vernal Utah to do a 11 mile bike ride. It was a nice trail with some challenging parts but over all a good work out.
Starvation Reservoir
Brad and I finially got around to kayaking this summer. We went to Starvation Reservior which is about 3 hours North East from Salt Lake City. We only camped Saturday night due to the fact we had obligation on Friday and Saturday morning in Salt Lake. So we got in late afteroon on Saturday, set up our campsite, cooked dinner and watched the sunset over the water while reading and talking. We camped right on the water and had great weather. On Sunday when we kayaked it was perfect, the water was still and there was very little wind. It was about 80-85 degrees so it wasn't very hot. Plus there weren't a lot of other boats out on the water so it was like we owned the place.
